No response

My TV installer told me the HDMI ports on my brand new SamsungTV is not working. For the past 2 weeks the call centre tells me they are just waiting for approval for exchange. Nomsa was telling me she is just waiting for the managers to come out of a meeting this morning and she will phone me back before lunch. When I got hold of her now, the \meeting"was still busy. Maybe if Samsung don't have meetings longer than 3 hours things can get done. No one can tell me when this will be approved. If I knew this I never would bought Samsung.
