No refund policy Stole my money

<p>Last year in April i bought a Samsung note pen for R419,00...But the pen was too small for my 2014 edition Galaxy note 10.1, I then returned the pen for a refund. I was then told of the store no refund policy and they suggested they will order it as it was out off stock then notify me when they have its available. A month later i was called and told that they have it in stock i should come and collect it, when i got the pen they had was too big and they said they will call again when they have stock...i was never called again up until i went the personally few weeks back to be told that in their system its shows that then pen was taken out of the store and the guy who was helping has resigned and there is nothing that they can do about, so my money has went down the drain</p>
