No parts for Samsung TV
Samsung do not carry all the parts for their appliances. I have a two year old Samsung 55" curved TV which has a picture problem and has just gone out of guarantee and they don't have the part to repair it. How can such a big company not carry stock for a TV that cost R 35 000.00 two years ago?? We are very disappointed and feel that we as the consumer have been **** to and are not told that there are limited spare parts for their TV's. UNACCEPTABLE!
