No more Samsung products

Hi,Every one i want to share my use experience of samsung products.I bought lots of Samsung products.Mobile phone,laptop,fridge,washing machine.But i have very bad experiences with those products.The laptop just star very slow,normally needs like 15 to 20 mins to start and ready to use. The washing machine just got repaired two weeks ago.Most of my concern is the mobile phone.I got a upgrade to Galaxy S4 about year and half ago, but after a year i feel the phone become a battery eater and heat up most of the time, i sent this phone to MTN repair centre boksburg twice and to samsung repair centre boksburg twice. But the battery problem remain the same i have contact the samsung call centre to get help and they organise to replace the device but they need access report from the repair centre. But when i sent in my phone for do access i always reset it to factory settings.Then they do not find any problem of corse. But if i install the apps and use it, the battery goes down very quickly. Now i have to charging it all the time and i even bought a power bank to charging it when i travel around.I am so disappointed with Samsung products,they look nice but last very short.Thank you
