No lolipop for Samsung SA Customers

I have been waiting for the latest Android firmware update for my Galaxy Note 3 since January 2015. The Note 3 owners from the rest of the world started receiving Android lollipop a couple of months ago. <br> Upon further investigation I found that even the Note 4 hasn't received an update since November 2014. This counts for almost all Galaxy devices. <br> <br> What would compel consumers to buy a Samsung device if this is how they treat their flagship device owners? Sony's 3 year old Xperia Z1 has already started receiving Android lollipop. I feel that Samsung is taking their customers for stupid people. <br> ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!
