No Help still waiting for a call back

Have an issue with Samsung repair centre in Constantia still waiting for my phone and no one can tell me where it is . I got a message to say it was repaired and ready for collection. When I went to collect it got told it wasn't even at the repair centre and was in Boksburg. I phone Samsung S.A. to complain and all I get told is they will call me back. Well I am still waiting for that call.
