NO GIFTS WITH SAMSUNG S21 AS PROMISED!!!
Please don't be lured to buy a Samsung S21 or any other Samsung phone because of the free gifts!! I bought a Samsung S21 Ultra and submitted a claim for the free earphones etc. on 1st of February 2021. When I enquired about not receiving the gift, I send to the courier which informed me that the parcel was send back to Samsung because they could apparently not get hold of me. Since 21 February 2021 I am trying to sort this out, on 27 February I received a mail that it has been escalated etc etc. Until today, 23 March 2021, after many e-mails and calls and hours on the phone on my expense, and many promises of coming back to me, still nothing.
What terrible service, using adverti*****ts of free gifts to get people to buy the product, but never delivering on the promises!!!
