NO FREE TV! Samsung South Africa are *****!
It has been a week to the day that I last heard from anyone at Samsung South Africa regarding my FREE TV after purchasing a R 20 000 phone. Each time I post a review on this platform at least 3 different agents call me to escalate an already escalated situation. Well done Samsung - you have a fantastic marketing department. You've managed to promise something you were never able to deliver on!
