NO FREE SCREEN REPAIR ON S8 RANGE

I have had my lovely S8+ for no more than 2 months, always have had Samsung phones and have had screens broken and have always had them repaired by Samsung. My phone fell out of my hand and the screen broke shocking since you look at the reviews the screen is ment to be this super dont break screen. when calling samsung south africa they quickly tell me that I have to have all this kind of cover in order for them to fix my screen......since when???????so other than paying an arm and a leg for the phone I must still pay a heart and a lung to maintain the phone. no one seems to help or care at samsung.... the best part they want to charge me over R5000 to repair the screen. at this stage I will not support the samsung brand and would advice others not to. its a great brand when it works but after sales service and price is just ridiculous. sorry to all those I said move to SAMSUNG
