No free mobile screen repairs for Galaxy A series!

<p>I have a new Samsung Galaxy A 7 phone and accidentally cracked my screen. The phone fell from a height no more than a foot. The screen is completely cracked and almost unusable. I was very sad but not very worried because of Samsung's famous 1 free screen replacement policy. But today when I went in to fix get my screen fixed I told that this offer does not apply to my phone model and if I want to fix it I will have to pay in excess of R2800. I cannot afford this amount of cash all at once. I got a Samsung because the phones are the best and the service was said to be amazing. But now I am incredibly angry and cannot afford to fix my phone. So Samsung, tell me how you can afford to lie?</p>
