No Follow Up? Z Flip 3

Good Day Can Vaughan from VOC contact me urgently regarding my Z Flip 3. I requested a diagnostic report from my last complaint and i still have not received it or even a call. However SSS cellular calls me to ask me to accept the quote. The also tell me that the report has been sent through yet i have no feedback? I have also now been told that the only physical damage is the small cracks in the main display. The only reason for that is because of my previous complaint where circle 7 in durban did not collect my phone in time to replace the screen guard due to it lifting and causing damage to the screen. They called to collect the device when i just entered the plane on my flight to cpt. Secondly how would these tiny hairline cracks caused by a peeling defective screen guard installed by samsung over 3 times cause the cover screen to stop working and the battery life to decline. Im so over this. I shouldve been replaced from the first complaint within the first 6 months. I am now sent a bill for R12000 this ****. This is like the 5th or 6th repair. And now I get sent a bill for R12000? Im sorry this seems like SSS Cellular is looking for a cash grab and samsung is not taking accountability. Zero follow up, im always chasing a response. Once again extremely upset and dissatisfied with Samsung. I just want my phone repaired. Regards Braden
