No feedback on status of query ***

I received a S3 Mini in 2013. After numerous issues I with the phone it replaced with a new S3 Mini. I had new phone for 13 months when the same issues started. On 13/12/14 I booked the phone in at Smartcare centre and requested to receive the phone back no later than 14/12/14. I had to continuously phone them to find out what the situation is. After leaving numerous messages to call me back with some answers NOBODY phoned back. <br> I took leave on 15/12/14 to collect the phone and was received with serious attitude which was not appreciated. I then contacted Evans but have not had much joy from him either.<br> On 20/01/15 I took the phone back with the same issues again ! I was suitably irritated as this is an ongoing problem. The phone was sent to Head office (job nr ***) on 21/01/15 and I am yet to hear anything form anyone as to a solution. <br> <br> I was advised on 31/01 the job nr is CLOSED on the system HOWEVER I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE SOLUTION IS. <br> Can somebody please get in contact with me so that I also know what is the solution as NOBODY AT SAMSUNG CONTACTS ME !!!!!. <br> <br> I dont know who to contact to get some answers<br> <br> Can somebody please help me ?
