NO FEEDBACK, NO REPAIRS ONLY DELAYS

its a month already still waiting for samsung to give me my phone , the staff at the service centre only makes empty promises, telling me that my phone will be ready in about 3 to 4 days , till today, i have not received anything!!!! i have multiples of emails and calls made and sent to them but i get no help , i have never been so bored and frustrated like this... i have sent complaints to their head office and some Mbongiseni guy promised to have the query resolved but till this day, i have never received anything!!!! from a technician ordering a wrong part to being called that the phone is ready for collection and when i get there, i am told that it is actually not ready!!!! what kind kind of a brand is this, no wonder my friends been saying i should move to the Iphone brand!!!
