No feedback from Samsung

The only way to get feedback from SAMSUNG is to write a new review - other than that there is no real concrete answer/solution to a problem

The only repsonse one get is the first respons on a new review - after that - nothing and no effort to resolve an issue

The only answer is - "apologies for inconvenience", and , "we will get back to you when there is an answer "- but real answers never come.
