No delivery or communication 9 days
Paid almost 30k for a TV, it's been 9 days now and no communication regarding delivery.
Only a order confirmation, and when I phone them they tell me "Be patient"...... Why? I could have driven 2km down the road and purchased a TV.... I should have, instead of purchasing online.
I've had multiple calls from Samsung sales people trying to offer me 5% discount on my next purchase, noooooooooo I just want my TV...
I would not recommend anyone to purchase from Samsung ZA online
