No delivery

I recently took a contract for a Samsung J7 pro and it came with a free scoop, which I had to claim via Samsung rewards after claiming the scoop, I received a call it was about a month later to confirm delivery address and was told that it will be delivered that Monday it's been another month and there is no delivery of the scoop I have sent numerous emails to the support email at Samsung rewards yet I have had no response.
