No customer service from Samsung!
After a week of telephone calls between me & the supplier (Hirsch) for a technician from Samsung to come and have a look at my dishwasher for a water inlet error (and with confirm appointments with Samsung for yesterday and today) NO technician has been here. Very disappointed in Samsung’s customer service
