No customer service after struggling with phone problems

<p>Bought a phone as i was ****** , my samsung z 2 was not even 1 month old ; i had to take it it but no one has a loan phone even though the terms and conditions states the same no one wants to assist me. I work as an estate agent and i need a phone to work from i cant be without a phone which the do no want to understand so i had to sell my phone for R450 and pay in to buy another phone while my partners phone also a Z 2 is giving the same problems NO HELP given</p>
