No Customer Service

<p>After years of loyal support to the Samsung brand </p> <p>I was excited to convince my Mother of the quality and support of the brand convincing her to buy 2 fridges and a dishwasher during the samsung promotionthat was ran late last year the buy and get promotion for plane flights or holiday weekends</p> <p> </p> <p>It is now the middle of 2017 and even though we have rep**** to every email and query sent our way nothing has come of this promotion and or prizes promised to us</p> <p>Severely dissapointed as I can only assume that this was false advertising and misleading from them</p> <p> </p>
