No contact. Why release phones when the accesseries aren't available?

<p>I have been trying to contact Samsung for the past week but the store in Gallaria never picks up the phone. I have gone though 3 Samsung devices in the past month so I am very frustrated with the brand. I finally received the new samsung a7 of which I love however there are absolutly NO accesseries for this phone. No screen guards or covers at the network provider stores and Samsung in gallaria refuses to answer. Thats patetic seeing as I am a loyal customer and have always chosen Samsung above all brands. Please work on your product availability and customer service.</p>
