No communication from and can't get hold of them

I dropped off my Tablet at the Smart centre because the battery was dying and is getting old and I wanted it replaced. I was told I would get an sms within 24 hours but they would first do an assessment.<br> it has been a week now and I cannot get through to the call centre. The lines are always \busy\", being put down after ringing for ages, or just engaged. I did however manage to get through once, last Thursday, to be told \"there is nothing on the system\" etc.<br> <br> I am getting really angry, trying to call but nobody answering, and nobody getting back to me when they promised to. Where is my Tablet? The centre is an hour's drive from me, and its not that easy to just go there and find out what's going on.<br> <br> The service centre used to be so good, but now it has really deteriorated. Whats going on? How do I get my Tablet back? "
