No after sale service

We bought a fridge freezer 2013 from Samsung for R 9000 from Samsung. We bought it because of the 10 year guarantee promised by Samsung sales person.<br> The last year water kept on building up in the vegetable trays. I phoned a couple of times but you are for ever on hold and as we are all in a working environment where we can not be on the telephone for ever I chose the option where they must phone you back a couple of times. But then you are disconnected ...<br> Then I eventually posted a post on Hello Peter. They rep**** almost immediately surely by electronic reply they will come back to me.<br> A week later... My problem is under discussion... when they phoned me they told me they do not have someone in Johannesburg ...They must make use of subcontractor.... Eventually a man arrived and told me my fridge is not under guarantee anymore and left without doing a thing!!!<br> <br> PLEASE THINK 3 TIMES BEFORE BUYING A SAMSUNG. THE FACT THAT THEIR CALL CENTERS IS SO BUSY THAT YOU CAN NOT GET THROUGH MEAN I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT GOT THIS PROBLEM.<br> <br> I intend to write to all the newspapers to worn people...
