Nilesh from Samsung not helpful!

I had an issue with my washing machine, Samsung came out last year however the issue was not resolved and I made the technician aware, he said he will report it, I also called Samsung head office with no proper feedback at the time. I have the same issue again and have been in contact with Samsung, they do not update you on anything and I constantly have to call to get updates, they are blaming Game for the delay, which is complete BS. I am still within warranty and sitting with the same issue as the last time they came out. I called them a short while ago ( as I have not had any update as to when they are coming to have a look at the problem since last week) and Nikita told me that Nilesh from head office closed this request! No reason given or anything! This is complete BS and I will never buy a Samsung product ever!
