Nightmare service putting the phone down when I ask for a manager

I have spent over an hour trying to get hold of the care centre in Roodepoort but their number is constantly engaged. I then called the national call centre number who quote themselves as "The kind of service you've only ever dreamed of" well I only got nightmares! Pressed 1 for cellphones, asked my question the lady says she cant help me. She doesnt have the information....she transfers me to a gentleman who also doesnt know how much a cellphone part costs. He transfers me through to Roodepoort. ****y guy answers and he too cant give me a price and tells me I must contact a store in Fourways, gives me the number and it is for Morningside centre, who referred me to Roodepoort!!!!!!!!! I explain this to him, all he says is "I see" "Is it?" . Ask him for a price, he doesnt know, I ask him to find out, I hear a lady scream at him in the background, he comes back and says his manager says its Rx,xx. So I ask to speak to his manager (this is 40 minutes later) and he puts the phone down on me!!!!! So I call the place of dreams again (national smart care services centres number) and when I ask to be transferred I get attitude from a lady, so I ask her name, and guess what, she puts the phone down!!!!!!!!!!! Is this how Samsung is trained to treat their customers????
