Nightmare

I purchased a Samsung 50 inch tv on the 13 Jnuary 2014. The tv has been in for repair once during the warranty period. the repair issues were never disclosed but the delivery person said the lcd was replaced. On the 13 April 2016, exactly 3 months after the warranty expired, the tv once again switched off. This time we were told that the lcd is cracked and has to be repalced at a cost higher than the orriginal purchase price. After logging a compalint on the Samsung website on the 23 April, I was told that the matter would be escallted to management. 17 days later, I have not revieved a response.

Very happy with Samsung response. I got a call today from Ramona informing me that Samsung will pay for the parts to repair my TV. All I have to pay for is the labour cost which is under R 500.
