new samsung S20FE OVER HEATING AND BATTERY TERRIBLE
Shocking of box failure - Samsung The phone was over heating and the message came on the phone saying over heating Samsung s20fe bought at Cell u city Cavendish a week later still reply went to VODACOM century city they also could not give me any update and said its at Maitland hub to date no answers, this is really unacceptable that and out of box failure must take so long and be with out a phone what happened to SERVICE, Battery runs down without using any apps? really this phone is not cheap at all

10 Dec 2020, 13:31Received a phone call now saying no fault found on phone by VODACOM CT AND JBURG i look on the internet and everyone is complaining of how HOT this phone gets , you cannot hold it in your hand I don't want this phone anymore its a danger to my kid

11 Dec 2020, 21:19Received the phone back today and they say no fault found, the phone is heating up at the back by the camera and I am have screenshot telling me the phone is over heating so either vodacom is not assessing correctly or they paid to say no fault found within 7 days because the phone is the same, wish i could give back this phone and rather stick with another brand
