New S6 Edge Faulty

I bought the S6 Edge @ vodacom. The phone worked fine for 3 weeks before it gave problems. 1st it started to drop calls, then I could not make or receive calls, stopped picking up 4G signal, phone overheated, the internet stopped working & I could not open up any web pages & the battery died quickly even though I couldnt do anything on it. My phone basically became a really expensive paperweight!

I took the phone to Samsung who did a software update and changed some setting and said I must give it 24 hours to see if it works. It didnt, went to vodacom the next day who thought maybe it was network problem and synched my sim card and said wait 24 hours & that didnt work either. Had to go back a 3rd time where we tried connecting to wifi to see if the phone would work, it didnt. It is also not the sim card as it works fine in my other phone.

My phone is at vodacom repairs for 2 weeks. I got messages to say they are awaiting spares. What spares could the phone possibly require when it was less than a month a old! I am highly disappointed as now my brand new phone is now some pieced together phone. I want a new phone or I will cancel the contract. I shouldve stuck with blackberry!
