New S6 blocks access to a medical doctor

A few minutes before midnight on New Year's eve, my beautiful, expensive Makro-supp**** S6 blocked my finger-print access. This meant that my patients, family and friends are upset because I am unable to send or receive messages. The phone is not accepting the back-up password as well as the google account access. I found that my S 3 is registered on the Samsung site but my S6 is not. The call centre lady says that she is unable to get my new phone registered on the site. SURELY Samsung should be able to do this?<br> <br> Once the phone is registered on the Samsung web site, the Find My Mobile page will allow me to unblock my phone. Please help.<br> <br> For other Samsung users, please YOU SHOULD register your phone when you buy it so that the phone can be found if lost and it is registered on the Samsung website. Ideally an information page to this effect should be given to buyers when they spend their hard earned money on this very expensive phone. <br> <br> Strangely, the phone is not registered by the supplier onto the Samsung website as belonging to you when it is sold to you. This facilitates thievery in our crime-ridden, ******* country. Samsung and Makro can help to stop this.
