New Phone that Does Not Work

Approximately 3 weeks ago our new Samsung Galaxy S7 cellphones were delivered to us. The one phone started rebooting itself. This happened once or twice and then started happening more frequently every day. I took the phone directly to Samsung who advised me that they could not assist as they could not rewrite the IMEI as there was a problem connecting with Korea. They also told me that if I had to leave the phone with them it could take them a week to sort out and that they do not issue loan phones. The S7 takes a nano sim card, which means that this sim card does not just go into any phone. I cannot even put it in my old phone. So here I sit with a brand new phone which has not worked properly from the start, and no one seems interested in helping. Surely a product that has given problems so soon in it's "new life" should be replaced and not repaired. This phone just reboots itself all the time now, it is virtually impossible to even have a conversation with anyone as it freezes and reboots. To do anything with the phone is impossible as it just freezes and reboots. A new phone that is absolutely useless!!!
