New fridge silver coat is peeling off
In November last year, I sent Samsung an email, lodged a email on the site, took forever for them to contact us, I emailed photos of our only two year old fridge that the silver coat is peeling off, this French Door Refrigerator (RF67DEPN). We only bought it two years ago, its a great fridge but looks terrible now, so disappointed. They sent a lovely man to check and that was that, nothing followed up, no other contact. We sent a lot of money on this fridge and now looks shocking, it should be repaired or replaced. We are starting a bnb and its not a good adverti*****t for Samsung as it is a eye sore of our kitchen. Will like some feedback from Samsung and want this issue resolved, replace or repair!

Samsung said they would replace the doors out of good will, but that have to confim with the manger, and it was turned down, but they never gave us any feedback. Last convesation we had was they will replace the doors... than no feedback after, until I email to ask what was happening. Terrible customer service!
Since we are running a bed and breakfast and the doors look unslightly, how much would it be for us to buy new doors? we spend so much money on this fridge and it has become the eyesore of the kitchen, and the freezer seal has split, just not having very good luck.
