NEW 55 inch curved TV

I recently purchased a 55-inch curved screen TV from Liverpool in Pachuca Mexico. 3 month later I have a problem and I am unable to get any answers from them, the store that sold me the s....t or the so called person that is contracted to Samsung to fix the item.

I have been a long serving client of the brand but after this shocking service will never purchase Samsung again. perhaps it's only MEXICO as I never had this problem in South Africa.
