Never seen such un organised area in my life.

Booked my phone for repairs no one has ever phone me to pick up my fone two months later i went to check if my phone is fixed. Apparently it wasn't i booked the phone on June ever since now October i havent got my phone. If i phone their head office they laugh at me for my phone that i paid cash for it. Sumsung people i need my phone back
