Never ever buy Samsung accessories they are not durable and useless to have I should have stayed with the APPLE Phone.

I'am so disappointed with the lack of service and accountability of Samsung SA with the accessories that they have sold to me. They told that the item I bought they cannot take charge as I did not buy it directly from them via online. The store Clearwater Samsung should see if they can assist me. I have been to Clearwater to complain and we told that I should take this matter to Samsung by the store manager. They promised to send a letter explaining why they not taking my claim, I am still waiting for that letter as I want to lodge my complaint with the ombudsman. I have never experienced such an unsatisfactory service ever I'm disgusted.
