Never by samsung products they will never help you.

Samsungs customer service is pathetic. Their service technicians don't help they just tell you the problem and leave .call centre is even more pathetic they keep passing you on to someone else without any help . Bought a 2 in 1 washer and dryer .only to be told by the technician that the machine wasn't build to wash and dry .it won't reach a normal dryers temperature to dry the cloths .I must wash the cloths then dry on the line ,what's the point of a washing machine and dryer. Tells me the problem then leaves and closes the case saying nothing is wrong with the machine .only to find out. The machine has been discontinued because of that problem .no refund was given for their discontinued item .
