You guys should be ashamed of yourself. My ph ******** stopped working after a software reset. Then i got chased from pillar to post to get told my ph was damaged at 13 months old. The damage which is actually a sractch shown was not even close to the ********.. Or is it your phones are not as durable as you make the mkt perceive. Interesting the warranties are now also being made 1 yr and this happened just outside of that period. My SC Code on repair was 20634
