Never buy SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE

I bought a new washing machine from the Samsung store in pavilion durban in Jan 2023 before I started renovation on my flat installed in March within using it for 3 months had a issue with it reported to Samsung they send a technician out said it was fixed the machine started ripping up clothes again so phones samsung I had wait for 2 months for them to get a technician out. Technician A came saw the machine and went than technician B can saw and left so phoned samsung again and told them guys I have brought extended warranty on this item its doing the same thing again why don't you replace they argued no they will fix it after a weeks it's doing the same thing and they have dented my machine their guys have damaged my machine in transit and still siting with no reply from samsung and a broken brand new over 10grands machine with extended warranty no customer appreciation or support they have ripped me off Never again should any one buy smasung I've have brought over 100k of appliances from them and this is a real **** company to deal with with real **** customer support and service maybe they feel because they operating in Africa they can treat us like this I will take this to other platforms just with a year 2 times they fix the thing and it's doing the same thing and I brought extended warranty and paid cash for the thing and they damaged the machine put a dent in it too
