NEVER BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will never buy a Samsung product ever again. I bought a Top loader in December 2018 and after the first use in January 2019, I notified Game and Samsung that the product is not working properly and that I want a refund but I was told that the machine needs to be assessed. It was asessed and the technician advised me that there is nothing wrong with the machine . What happened to consumer rights ??????
