NEVER BUY FROM THEM ONLINE!!!! you cannot get a return and refund!
SHocking service!!! Never buy anything from them online!
Purchased a Samsung s22 brand new end of MARCH 2022, and I decided to return it after 3 days, and i have emailed, called, and complained on facebook, today is 28th JUNE 2022. and still no one confirm with me when they will come collect the phone for the return and refund. - my account is being debited each month for this phone.
Oh and the phone is *******, New phone, battery dies by midday with normal usage!!
