NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG TOP LOADER!!!
Samsung 15kg top loader has been a problem since we bought it and Samsung had their technicians here 10 times already, replaced parts, cleaned the drum, everything and yet this machine is still a problem. I cant do a load without having to check if it selected the correct amount of water so this defeats the purpose of having an automatic machine, our clothing comes out full of fluff even though Samsung themselves cleaned the drum and i clean the filters, our white clothing has marks on it after each wash that cannot come out of the clothes so we have to throw it away. THIS MACHINE HAS BEEN AN ENDLESS HEADACHE. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CONFIDENCE THAT SAMSUNG CAN FIX MY PROBLEM AS THEY ARE NOT TAKING OWNERSHIP OF THEIR FAULTY MACHINE. THIS MACHINE WAS BOUGHT JULY 2024. I NEED A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT AS THERE IS NO OTHER PARTS IN THIS MACHINE THAT CAN BE REPLACED
