Never again
Upgraded to a Samsung A70, deal was with a free Fite watch and a 10000mah battery pack. Had to claim it via an app on the phone. App never downloaded just to find out was the incorrect way to redeem the free fite and battery pack. Eventually got hold of Samsung and now they just turn a blind eye as the promotion ended some time ago. I could never get the correct info from the cellphone shop neither from Samsung. So convenient when you are a major company to bully the client.
