Nearly 1 month without a cellphone

On Saturday 16 December I had my cellphone (Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge) booked in for repairs at the Canal Walk Samsung Store. I was told my repair would take 2 weeks and shpuld have it back befor the end of the year. I called in 2 weeks later amd their were no updates on where my cellphone was. When the advisor called my husband it was said they are still waiting on parts. I then called back a week later and still no proper explanation was given on why it is taking this long to repair my phone but I was told to give them another week. Untill now I still dont have a cellphone. The risk in this is that I am a mother of 2 and have no contact with my children in the day. I also suffer from 2 chronic illnesses and have no means of contacting anyone in the event of an emergency. I do also need to have a cellphone to communicate with relevant service providers to make my work environment sucessfull. This has been a major inconvenience and untill now there has been no explanation, apology or compensation for any inconvenience, disruption or stress caused.
