My two month old Samsung S6 is faulty

on saturday the 4th of july 2015 my Samsung S6 only just over two months old, said there is no sim card inserted, while my sim card was in, i then went to vodacom where my contract was opened, and they said i should buy a new sim card, so i did. to my suprise that didnt help.
so by the monday the 6th i had to take the phone in, thinking maybe its a minor problem.
i took it to samsung smart care centre constancia business park, they said they have to book it in. i said to them i dont have a spare phone, but that wasnt their problem, so its now been two weeks and suprise suprise all i know is the mother board was faulty and had to be replaced. i refuse to except my new phone back that has been dismantled and picked apart, but i still sit without any cellphone and no form of communication besides my email at work, which i can only access at work because i dont have my phone.
i would like my problem solved as soon as possible, so far Samsung has not been any help. and correspondance between myself and them is very few and far between, ive sent over 15 emails and i am done waiting patiently. I WANT A NEW PHONE. this is a new contract and i still have to pay it for over 2years.
