My TV that I bought in 2020 has been switching on and off for the past two years. I took it back to Makro where I bought it in 2021 because it ddnt switch on for no reason as it was still new. Samsung “fixed” it. Now it does the same thing they are telling me i must pay to fix the FACTORY FAULT. why? Its YOUR factory fault. It’s clear the Tv has a problem but i must pay R2500 to fix YOUR problem. I am not impressed at all. And will no longer be buying nore recommending ANYTHING From Samsung.
