My phone is still not repaired

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 through a cellphone contract with Cell C. The phone had a repair/ damage warranty (24 months). Screen repair and liquid damage as specified. I brought it in once for liquid damage and now need my screen to be fixed but to no success. Apparently the store is waiting for Samsung to confirm warranty details and I've been following up for over a week now. I urgently need my phone as everything is connected to it.
