Must be the worse service that anyone can receive

For the past eight months we have been experiencing the same problem on our tumble dryer. Condensation would build up in the unit and the electronic pcb would fail. This was reported to Samsung and each time they would send a company called Liptronics out to do the repair. The problem surfaced again approx. two months before the warranty was to expire.

The problem re-occurs just after the warranty expired and when I contacted Samsung they informed me that there was a three month warranty on workmanship and spare parts and that the repair would be covered by this warranty. Then the nightmare begun.

22/06/2017

The problem was reported to Samsung and I was informed about the three month warranty on workmanship. Was informed that a technician would look at the unit on the 26/06/2017, the technical only pitched up on the 29/06/2017. He was on-site for about 15 minutes and had not even tested the dishwasher when he wanted to leave. When he was asked by my son why he did not test the dishwasher he said because the problem was with the condensator being blocked by dog hair, which is an absolute ******* story. My son insisted that he turn on the unit and test it, he done this but could not run the unit as the buttons on the unit were non responsive. He then told my son the he needed to go back to the office and do a report and will contact us the next day.

To make a long story shorter, between the 02/07.2017 and the 04/07/2017 I contacted Liptronics about 20 times and each time I was informed that someone would call me back. On the 04/07/2017 I contacted Samsung directly who set-up a conference call with senior manager at Liptronics. I was promised that a technician would visit me the next day to look at the unit.

By 14:00 (05/07/2017) the next day I still had not heard anything from Liptronics, I had to phone them and enquire when the technician would be at my premises. The technician got to my place at about at about 15:30 and spent a good 90 minutes working on the unit. He then informed me that he would need to take it back to the workshop as there was a issue with the main board, the bearing and the build up of condensation. He said he would call me back the next day with some feedback.

05/07/2017

By 15:00 no one had phoned me back, so I again phoned Liptronics, three times and on each occasion they said someone would phone me back. On the third occasion I told them that I will not be available after 17:00 and guest what some tried to phone me at 18:30.

07/07/2017

The technician phoned me in the morning and informed me that I would have to pay for the part, I told him what Samsung told me, that there was a three month guarantee on workmanship and spare parts. He then informed me that he would need to speak to his manager and get back to me. Guest what … its been a week and a half and I have heard nothing. This morning I have again phoned Samsung and told them that their contractors are really doing damage to there brand, lets see if they care.
