Mul****ioning Freezer Temprature

I contacted Samsung numerous times to help sort out a fridge I bought which is mulfunctioning but they seem to be refusing to fix their fridge which is under 12 months old. I started experiencing issues with the fridge less than six months after purchsing it. Call Ref: ********** 421
