Mr Nassir Galant champion in customer service

I need to acknowledge the wonderful,selfless,humble attitude and customer satisfaction focus of Mr Nassir Galant who is the Samsung VOC Manager .He really is going out of his way to ensure that us the customer are left happy.Mr Nassir listens to all issues presented patiently,and whatever requests are put forward tries his utmost to accommodate or see a solution for the customer . Also the lady in exchanges and I'm sure others in the Samsung team have all shown wonderful customer service.. I hope Mr Nassir grows from strength to strength . We really appreciated all the time he took for us. We will trouble u in future if needed ( haa haa). .
