We bought a Samsung washing machine in Samsung East gateman the 4December the manager said he didn’t have stock in the shop he will need to pick from their warehouse,I’m the 6th I arranged a driver to collect as soon as he arrived we realized it was cracked badly on top which was covered by box and plastic on top called the shop they told us to bring it back,which we did the shop is charging us 2600 to repair it but I don’t have the money,there fore I told them to take 2600 from the amount I paid so they can repair it and give me my change they don’t want to give me my money. The crack shows that a huge thing fell on it I suspect a forklift from their ware house.Im confidently sure they knew of the crack that’s why they did want to release the machine the same day we paid for it,yet the manager had said if you pay cash now you can take it home now,At the moment we don’t have our money nor the washing machine
