More issues with our Samsung Products

We bought a few Samsung appliances in February this year. We had a lot of issues with some of our devices and Samsung had to send out technicians to come and fix defects twice in six months. Again, over the weekend, we had a problem with our top loader. There is a red drum light flashing at the end of the cycle. This does not happen with every wash, just sometimes. We had a Samsung technician out twice already for this device for other issues. I must say we are really getting upset with the products be bought. Nowhere in the user manual or online it explains what this flashing drum light means. Please will you send a technician to come and fix this machine?
