Good day this my story... I saw the adverti*****t last to pre order the note 20 and then get the online voucher of R 4000 . The deadline was on 2020-08-24, I upgraded my contract with cell c on the 19 of August, they delivered it on the 21, then I attach the proof of purchase and everything online, until today. I'm being sent from pillar to post for me to get my voucher. I literally call in the contact center every week since last year. I'm so devasted and regretful because even that phone I was not stranded for it but I was interested on the buy and get special. Please assist me because now I'm paying for something that I don't even enjoy because I was ****** by samsung
